Kenneth W. Lehman, Esquire
Kenneth is a practicing attorney at Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer, & Nelson. He
chairs the Health Law Practice Group and concentrates in counseling
health-care practitioners regarding a wide range of issues, including
professional licensing, ethics, confidentiality, peer and credentialing reviews,
and managed-care issues. Ken is a visiting instructor at the U.N.E. College of
Osteopathic Medicine, and teaches the annual Medical Jurisprudence course
and seminars on ethics. We are proud to have Ken co-teach the ethics classes
with us.
