Ali does seem to embody the very approach she is teaching.

This training was above and beyond the level of excellence in terms of format. I've been to many online and in person trainings, (haven't we all?) and this one truly struck a balance between lecture and engagement. Ali's style was grounded, calming, and she consistently modeled MI in her approach, such that she was teaching even when she wasn't "teaching."
