We have changed the way in which we receive files for MITI Coding.

Sending Us Your Recording for MITI Coding:
Please email your recording to us as an attachment at submit@hetimaine.org
Please send one recording per email.

 

In the body of the email, please include:
  • The Worker's Name
  • The Email Address where you would like us to send the completed MITI Coding. Please only list one e-mail address.
  • The Organization, Agency, or Program you are a part of
  • What is your reason for submitting this recording to be Coded? (ex: practice, want to get into MINT, etc.)
  • The Payment Method for this MITI Coding (either your Website Order # or the Organization with which you have made prior payment arrangements). Please pay prior to sending us a recording.

Please note: With our new system, coding results are automatically emailed to the one email address provided. If you need your Coding feedback results to be emailed to more than one person, please contact MITI Coding Team Coordinator, Linda Jope at coding@hetimaine.org

Special Instructions for Larger Projects:

Please note that we're a small (but mighty) operation. If you plan to submit a larger batch of recordings for MITI Coding (more than 5) in a short time frame, we request that you provide notice ahead of time so that our team can plan to accommodate your project.

We aim for a 7-day turnaround on all recordings submitted for MITI Coding, but for larger batches of recordings, depending on the size of your project, current availability, and capacity of our team, the time frame can vary.
 
If you plan to submit more than 5 recordings in a short time frame, please contact our MITI Coding Team Coordinator, Linda Jope, at coding@hetimaine.org  with the following details:

The Organization Name
The Number of MITI Codings
Timeframe and deadline you are hoping to receive all the MITI Codings by
 
We will do our best to accommodate your request! Thank you for your partnership.
